HISTORY OF "IUK" CONSORTIUM DEVELOPMENT
The International University of Kyrgyzstan with the status of an international higher educational institution was founded by the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 11, 1993.
The Western Campus (IUKR) has been opened at the International University of Kyrgyzstan. Regional divisions of the IUK has also been opened in Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Karakol cities.
The Central Campus was opened at the ESPC "IUK".
ESPC "IUK" was transformed into the Academic Consortium "IUK". The Issyk-Kul Campus of the IHSM was opened.
The medical clinic "VEDANTA" was opened. A group of colleges "Taalim" was founded.
The Magna Charta Universitatum was signe. Health camp "Orlyonok" was opened.
IUK was transformed into an educational, scientific and industrial complex "International University of Kyrgyzstan"
The European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) was implemented and "Status H+" was awarded to the IUK in Germany.
The International Higher School of Medicine was founded at the ESPC "IUK"
The UN General Assembly adopted Resolution No. 53/24 on holding the "International Year of Mountains" at the initiative of the IUK in 1998.
The Great University Charter was signed in Bologna cityr.
ESPC "IUK" started issuing European sample «Diploma Supplement» to the main diplomas of the Kyrgyz Republic."
The Academic Consortium "IUK" divisions were digitized. A network of "VEDANTA" clinics was formed.
"Amanat Hospital" was founded.
Tokmok campus of the"IUK" International School of Medicine was opened.
IUKR received the BBB level and entered the fourth hundred of the world's leading universities in the ARWUES ranking. MIDE (Multimedia Institute of Distance Education) digital campus was founded.
The Eastern and Eastern Medical Campuses were opened at the Academic Consortium "IUK"
